BCIM Overview
A sophisticated two-tone colour scheme not only enhances visual appeal but also serves as a clear indicator of safety boundaries. The contrasting colours make hazard zones and restricted areas immediately visible, supporting safe navigation around electrical installations. Dielectric strength, anti-skid embossing and chemical resistance match the standard insulating mat range.
- Dual-tone colour scheme enhances visual appeal and serves as a clear indicator of safety boundaries
- High dielectric strength maintained around high-voltage equipment
- Anti-skid embossed surface provides secure footing in demanding environments
- Advanced elastomer compound resists moisture, oil and chemicals

Where It's Used

Installation Guidelines
- Lay on a clean, dry floor as with standard insulating mats
- Cut to length from the 1.0 m wide roll
- Butt-join adjacent sections tightly with no gaps
- Inspect regularly for cuts, wear or embedded conductive debris
- Site fixing can be undertaken by Bharat Electrosafe along with the material, subject to minimum criteria
Dual-Layer Cross-Section
The Bi-Color mat features two contrasting elastomer layers for immediate visual identification of wear-through, enhancing safety inspection in switchrooms.
